It was horrible. We had to wait to get our room past check in time. The ac didnt work well. The bed was hard. The room was not vacuumed. At 300am it was so loud we couldnt sleep.

The location was great. It was not in the noisy and crazy part of town but within walking distance of anything. Also located near the best two restaurants we went to on our trip.

Big comfortable room & helpful staff: we got upgraded so we could stay in 1 room for the lenght of our stay

love the charm of the hotel and the location. the staff was helpful and courteous.

Room was dirty...hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Rug needed cleaning. Garbage bins right outside our room were picked up by garbage collection in the middle of the night...very loud.

Charming hotel near the French quarter. Decor was beautiful. Quiet. The staff were very friendly.

There was no fan in the bathroom.

I liked the decor and the room itself was nice. It was also close enough to Bourbon St. That we could walk there.

The room was small and there is no parking at this hotel. We had to pay $30 per day to have our Jeep valeted to a parking garage somewhere blocks away. The room was a little pricey for these inconveniences.

The bed is the most comfortable I've ever had (and I travel a lot), bathtub is big and comfy.

There is absolutely no way you may check in before 3pm and my room wasn't even ready then.

Sentral hotel med parkerings muligheter i sentrum. Kort avstand til mye.

Noe venting i det som skulle være reseptionen. Pga feil med vassverket kunne en ikke bruke vatnet til dusj og puss av tenner. Ingen avslag i prisen pga dette. Måtte betale fullpris.

Il faut accepter de débourser plus pour être au cœur des fêtes du mardi gras.

La situation géographique et le confort

Le petit-déjeuner était insuffisant (1 croissant pour 2 personnes !!)

Muy buen hotel, limpio y muy recomendable. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona centrica pero en un lugar tranquilo.

De kamers waren goed.

Het personeel was matig. Lang wachten. Anderen helpen terwijl ze met ons bezig waren e.d. Er vond een grote verbouwing plaats waardoor we door gangen liepen waar geen tegels lagen en het een rommeltje was. De lift deed het een middag niet. (wij zaten opd e 4e verdieping)

La posizione, praticamente all'inizio del Quartiere Francese ed ad un isolato da un locale dove servono ottime colazioni visto che in hotel non c'è la camera: grande e comoda

Vedere un grosso topo la prima sera appena arrivati nel giardinetto dell'hotel!!! Le macchie sulla moquette della camera il servizio di parcheggio: ogni volta che chiedi la tua macchina ti dicono che ci vuole "fino a mezz'ora" per averla

El desayuno llevado a la habitación fue muy apreciado.

Deberían haber reparado la puerta de la habitación que costaba abrirla.

muy buena atención en recepcionista, muy amables todos sobre todo luis que trabaja ahi y habla muy bien el español
